-A Comprehensive Periodontal Evaluation is $50
-The $50 will be applied to your total first appointment which will include your cleaning (a regular cleaning), x-rays (if necessary) and fluoride treatment for a total of $100 at the first visit
-Should you require a deep cleaning, the $50 still applies, but the cost will vary
-Subsequent routine cleaning visits after the initial completed cleaning will then be $75
